# Terms and Conditions

The terms on which QAAMCO makes this website available, how a commitment between you and the company becomes binding, and the law that governs both.

These Terms and Conditions govern access to and use of qaamco.com, operated by Qimat Adaa Al-Mustaqbal Company for Trade, Contracting and General Services Ltd. (QAAMCO), Basra Governorate, Iraq.

By using the website you accept these terms. They cover the website itself. Goods and services supplied by QAAMCO — including the warranties and after-sales obligations that come with them — are governed by the signed contract, purchase order or written quotation covering them, and nothing on this page limits what those documents commit the company to.

You are welcome to use this website to learn about QAAMCO, to evaluate its capabilities, and to contact the company about a requirement — no account or registration is needed. So that the site stays available, accurate and safe for everyone who uses it, we ask you not to:

## 03. How a commitment is made

- Where a decision is taken on general website material alone, without written confirmation from QAAMCO, the company is not in a position to answer for the outcome.
- So far as the law allows, that also covers indirect or consequential loss and loss of profit, business, contracts, goodwill or data arising from use of, or inability to use, this website.

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded or limited under Iraqi law, and nothing here affects the rights and obligations created by a signed contract between you and QAAMCO, which govern that relationship.

If this website is misused — in breach of these terms or of the law — and that causes QAAMCO loss, damage, cost or expense, including a claim brought by someone else as a result, the person responsible is expected to make it good. The competent courts of Basra Governorate have jurisdiction over such disputes, unless a signed contract between you and QAAMCO provides otherwise for matters arising under that contract.

## 12. Language and severability

These terms are published in English and in Arabic. Where the two differ in meaning, the Arabic version prevails.

If any provision of these terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable, that provision is severed and the remaining provisions continue in full effect. A failure by QAAMCO to enforce a provision is not a waiver of it.
